Five steps. Six to eight weeks. No surprises.
From the first site walk to the handoff package, here's exactly how a Span Line project runs — and who's on the hook at each stage.
Site assessment
Field measure, load review, code check, constraints walkthrough, and shutdown-window conversation. Done in person before any drawings start.
Engineered design
Structural drawings stamped by licensed Ontario engineers. Material take-off, finish schedule, and a fixed-price quote with the line items locked.
Fabrication
CWB W47.1 certified welding in our Ontario shop. Per-project weld traceability, photo updates weekly, and pre-install mock-up for any complex joinery.
Delivery & install
Coordinated around your shutdown window — not ours. Safety plan, rigging plan, and sign-off walk with your facility manager before we leave site.
Handoff
As-built drawings, stamped load plate, and inspection documentation for your building records. Warranty coverage on structural welds.
