Fabricated in Ontario. Shipped Canada-wide.
Span Line engineers and builds industrial mezzanines and steel stairs at our Ontario shop, then crates and ships them to your site — anywhere in the country. Drawings are stamped to the code that governs your project; modular bolt-together options let your own crew assemble on site. Full install is available across Ontario.
Built here, delivered there.
Most of what we make is structural steel that travels well. The constraint is rarely distance — it's coordinating drawings, freight, and assembly so what lands on your dock bolts together the way the model says it will.
Engineered and stamped to the code that applies where the steel lands — OBC 2024 in Ontario, the applicable provincial code elsewhere. The drawing set ships with the steel.
Sub-assemblies crated for flatbed or LTL freight, marked to the erection drawings so the receiving crew knows what goes where.
Modular stairs and modular mezzanines are detailed for bolted field connections — your millwright or GC assembles on site, no field welding required.
Across Ontario we install with our own crews. Outside the province we supply to your contractor — and stay on the phone through erection.
Where we fabricate and install.
Our home province. Anywhere in Ontario we'll engineer, fabricate, and install — these are the regions and centres we work in most. (City pages are rolling out; names without a link are served today and get a dedicated page as projects there are published.)
